Composition and quality:
The hydrolate consists of 99.2-99.3% rosemary water, with the addition of 0.4% sodium benzoate, 0.2% potassium sorbate and 0.1-0.2% citric acid, which regulates its pH at 4-6. The product is clear, has a characteristic smell of rosemary and is completely soluble in water.
