Types of cream flavors
Natural cream flavor captures the authentic, sweet character of cream with a hint of milk, while maintaining high-temperature resistance. It is designed for applications requiring heat treatment, such as baking and supplement production.
Liquid cream flavors cover a wide range of profiles, including the classic take on aromatic, saccharified cream with honey and almond accents, as well as more complex compositions – such as “Creme de la Creme,” which combines sweet vanilla and sour cream in the style of vanilla cheese and dairy ice cream. Variants such as “Cornish Cream” and “Creamy Confectionery” introduce creamy vanilla, citrus, and sponge cake accents, ideal for desserts, custards, and ice cream creations.
Specialized versions for baking are also available , characterized by a sweet-sour profile and creamy depth (“Creamy for Baking,” “Creamy Cream”). Concentrated versions allow for an intense effect with a smaller dosage.
Powdered flavors, on the other hand, offer high stability and broad application possibilities in instant powders, dietary supplements, and functional blends. They recreate the character of saccharified, honey-almond cream or sour cream with an intense, milky profile.
Aromatic variants are available in carriers such as glycol and triacetin.
